From now on, he welcomes you in is own intimate restaurant of his name, 1* Michelin, situated near the Parc Monceau in Paris. Dominique Bouchet is also settled in Japan, Tokyo (Ginza) where his restaurant has been awarded 2** by the same guide… after 4 months only of opening!
